Welcome to Isabella High School!

"Growing Tomorrow's Leaders Today!"

The next E-Learning Days are set for March 22nd and 23rd. Students will be learning from home on these days. Teachers will not be on campus.

Mustang Family,

Please read the information below. This is an update as of September 23, 2020 as to where we are as a school and district on the COVID-19 Pandemic.

We never imagined that when our students left school on March 13, 2020, that this would be the situation we are in today. However, we are working hard to make wise decisions that will keep our students and our staff as safe as we are possibly able to do in the current situation. Please know that these decisions are often uneasy to make and we realize that these decisions may change the way we have usually done things here at Isabella. Just know that these decisions are being made in order to abide as closely as we possibly can with ADPH and CDC guidelines - while also providing students with a positive educational experience for the 2020-2021 school year.

Students returned to campus for in-person learning or began virtual learning on Tuesday, September 8th. Parents have been asked to make a nine week commitment for each 9 weeks on the way in which their child will be learning (either on campus or online).

We know that many people have many questions about what school looks like now. A copy of the IHS Plan for reopening schools can be found here:

You can also find a copy of this plan under the "School Publication" section of our website. A copy of the academic calendar (as of 7-23-2020) is posted under the "Latest News" section of our website. A copy of the plan and calendar are also available on our school Facebook page.

Please be patient with us as we travel through these uncharted waters. We will work hard to be as transparent with you as we can as we all work through this together. Please reach out to us if you have questions. We will do the best we can to help you.

Please be safe, practice social distancing, wear a mask, wash your hands, use hand sanitizer, and stay home if you are sick. If your child or someone in your home receives a positive COVID test, please contact our School Nurse immediately. Her email is Please do not send students to school if they have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19. We will work with you to help them stay up-to-date on their school work until their quarantine time is over.

We love all of our students and are trying hard to make the best of this year!

Always remember, even in these challenging times...It's a Great Day to be a Mustang!! God Bless You All!
